Vintage Mannequin Heads

Vintage mannequin heads are the best accessories!   They’re a mischievous, unexpected and actually very artistic.   And like us, each mannequin head has its own unique personality.  These are a few you’ll find peppering my own home:

This glamour gal is hand painted and she does actually have painted hair but she wears this vintage hat so beautifully I couldn’t deny her.

These two I found recently at Paris on Ponce in Atlanta and couldn’t pass them up.  They’re beautifully painted and they have long Kardashian eyelashes and holes in their ears for earrings.   These are the naughty girls;  beautiful and seductive with flashy makeup and sizzling red lips.

I found the triplets at Machine Age Modern in Toronto’s Leslieville neighborhood.  These deco style heads were displays once used at the famous Holt Renfrew department store chain.  I’m not sure their original color but someone in their history painted them metallic gold and I love them just the way they are!
