7 Killer Reclaimed Wood Tables
Reclaimed wood has become all the rage over the last few years. As recently as 2003 I can remember smacking my head with a tennis shoe at the frustration of searching for sources who dealt in this type of wood product. And selling it to a client was a chore. That’s pretty typical with most design and color trends. By the time a color or trend hits the masses, designers have been there, done it and moved on to the next fashion forward movement. Now reclaimed wood has caught the eye of the masses and is saturating the market. I actually think this is more than a trend and not something that will simply pass. I think our world has a new attitude toward the environment and the more we can reuse, repurpose and recycle, the better off we are. I don’t necessarily think the rustic, worn, industrial phase will be around forever, but there are beautiful, refined pieces of furniture being designed and fabricated out of reclaimed wood that may prove to be the next generation’s version of “timeless.”
Here are 7 Killer Reclaimed Wood Tables that are great examples of the range of styles available in the market right now.
